Hi There!

I am Apeksha, an IT consultant by profession but an avid baker at heart.

This blog is a collection of my many trysts with baking ranging from cakes, biscuits, cookies, pies and more. I love to experience with new recipes, make changes and customize to season and taste. Sometimes they don't work out so well, but when they do.. oh boy is it worth it!!

When a recipe absolutely works wonders I note it down and try a couple of more times before sharing it on this page.
