Eggless crispy Butterscotch cookies

I found a bag of butterscotch chips on a shops aisle and picked them up without really thinking what I would use them for. But with cakes and muffins already baked once this week I decided to try cookies in this warm flavour.
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups plain flour - or half and half whole wheat and plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup of unsalted butter softened
1 cups of white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoon butterscotch flavor
1 tablespoon yogurt
1/2 cup of butterscotch baking chips
