Eggless crispy Butterscotch cookies

I found a bag of butterscotch chips on a shops aisle and picked them up without really thinking what I would use them for. But with cakes and muffins already baked once this week I decided to try cookies in this warm flavour.


  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain flour - or half and half whole wheat and plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter softened

  • 1 cups of white granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butterscotch flavor

  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of butterscotch baking chips
