  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt flakes

  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly crushed

  2. When chocolate is just about to melt, add in butter cubes and mix with a spatula. Continue on the double boiler, on low flame, till entire chocolate and butter has melted. 6. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs for 1 min using an electric beater or 2 mins if using a whisk

  7. Add in the sugar and continue to whisk for 2-4 mins

  8. Pour the cool melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and sugar

  9. Gradually fold in the flour using a spatula

  10. Mix coffee powder with a little water and add it to the mixing bowl

  11. Fold in half of the walnuts

  12. Pour in a lined 9x9 inch square tin

  13. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts and bake for 28-30 mins.

  14. Cover with a tent/steel plate or tin foil of the brownie appears to be browning mid way through.
